Terms of use
The matching service does not perform plumbing work or guarantee availability.
Independent matching service. The professional who accepts confirms their callback commitment and price; the platform does not guarantee arrival.
Public request
Submitting and verifying a request authorizes Plombier Connect to operate the sequential matching described in the form. Submission does not create a plumbing contract, guarantee that a plumber will accept, or create a price or arrival commitment. A plumbing contract arises only between the customer and an independent contractor on terms they agree directly.
Nature of the service
Plombier Connect facilitates a match. The plumbing contract, price, diagnosis, schedule, and work remain between the customer and the accepted independent contractor or contractors.
Disputes about diagnosis, estimates, price, payment, scheduling, workmanship, damage, or warranties remain between the customer and the contractor involved. Plombier Connect remains responsible for handling complaints about its own matching service, including privacy, consent, sharing, communications, and routing errors.
No invented guarantee
Availability, arrival time, result, and price are not guaranteed by the platform. A safety emergency must be directed to the appropriate public service.
Acceptable use
False requests, solicitation, employment enquiries, system abuse, and information submitted without authority may be rejected or deleted under approved rules.
Google Maps data
The coverage map, basemap imagery, profiles, ratings, and review counts displayed from Google Maps remain subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google notices and branding displayed automatically on the map must not be removed. The overlaid municipal boundaries are attributed to the Gouvernement du Québec, MRNF, under CC BY 4.0; they support service-area selection and are not intended for surveying or legal decisions.
