Privacy and sharing notice
How request information is collected, protected, retained, and shared.

Public request processing
The public form transmits a request only after the person accepts the matching and contact permissions and passes spam protection. The telephone number is then verified by SMS before routing begins. Verification attempts, consent evidence, routing events, provider responses, and request actions are recorded to operate and audit the service.
Initial information
Municipality, problem, optional short description, urgency, name, telephone, source, and consent evidence. A full address, postal code, and photos are not required initially. The detailed description becomes available only to the plumber who accepts the request. It is deleted when matching closes, and no later than seven days after the request is submitted. The general problem category and non-descriptive routing history may be retained separately under the applicable retention policy.
Sequential sharing
A non-identifying summary is offered to eligible partners, one at a time. Only one acceptance is possible per authorized round; after each acceptance, search pauses until the homeowner explicitly consents to another round. Contact details then become available to each accepted partner as authorized, and already accepted partners retain their approved access. The number of eligible plumbers available for the selected work and territory is disclosed in the request journey.
Protection and rights
Private data is separated and encrypted; access is logged. The final process will cover access, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion, retention, incidents, and transfers outside Québec after the required privacy assessment.
Google Maps data
The home page and request form may embed a Google map to show the municipalities currently served. Loading the map establishes a connection with Google, which may receive technical information such as the IP address, browser, page viewed, and request time. Municipality selection remains available through the native list if the map is unavailable. This picker does not use device location, address search, or postal-code lookup.
When a verified professional profile appears in private request tracking, its rating and review count are retrieved on demand from Google Maps and are not kept as a local content copy. Use of that data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Questions and requests
Use the private status link to stop or cancel an active request. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or a privacy complaint are handled by the operator identified in the site footer. Email support@plombierconnect.com.
