Activation requirements
During the pilot, a partner must be founder-approved, have a matched Google profile with sufficient public reputation evidence, explicitly consent to dispatch calls and texts, and provide service areas, services, exclusions, dispatch contact details, and a daily cap. Formal licence, insurance, and onboarding-agreement review is deferred no later than February 13, 2027; pilot status is therefore not a platform guarantee about the work.
Ongoing monitoring
Expiring evidence is rechecked. Availability can be paused. Answers, connections, credits, and complaints inform quality monitoring.
Immediate suspension
A serious safety, privacy, conduct, or misleading-identity complaint pauses routing during founder review.
